Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Our key markets include North America, Europe and Asia.
1) Processing time
- Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During peak seasons / new launches: please allow +1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
- Business days do not include weekends or US public holidays.
2) Shipping options & rates
At checkout you’ll see real-time carrier options based on your address and cart weight. We currently use UPS FedEx and USPS for most destinations; DHL/Postal partners may be used for international shipments.

Notes
- PO Boxes / APO / FPO: ship via USPS where available.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: delivery may take longer; some express options may be limited.
- Orders with high value may require a signature upon delivery for security.
International
- Service: Postal + courier partners (e.g., USPS/DHL eCommerce/UPS).
- Duties & taxes: Orders ship DAP/DDU—local duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any) are paid by the recipient on delivery. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
- Delivery estimates vary by country/region and will be shown at checkout.
3) Tracking
- A tracking email is sent when your order ships.
- You can also Track your order anytime with your order number and email.
4) Address changes & failed delivery
- Enter your shipping address carefully. If you need to change it before dispatch, contact us ASAP at info@oristoneofficial.com.
- Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed and may incur a carrier fee.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship after collecting the reship postage.
5) Lost, stolen or damaged items
- If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot find the package, please first check with neighbors/building staff and your local carrier office.
- For damages in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund according to the claim result.
6) Split shipments & out-of-stock
- We may ship items separately for faster delivery; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
- If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you with the revised ship date or refund options.
7) Order cut-off & holiday periods
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET process next business day.
- Carriers may add surcharges or experience delays during peak holidays or severe weather - thank you for your understanding.
8) Eco-friendly packaging
We use recyclable boxes and minimal protective materials whenever possible, while ensuring your stone products arrive safely.
